Getting back to work

Grandpa gad to work everyday, but that did not stop us from seeing him. Connor loved Grandpa's trailer and tools so it was special to have snack with him at work!

No Mommy!

This trip to my parent's was a time for me to finally get my camera snapping photos of my kids. Well, a lot of Connor, sorry Tay, mommy loves you. However, Connor is 2 and does not like to do anything you say. If you ask him to do something, his response was, "No, Mommy". I want good photos of my kids so bad, but really I just have to shoot on the fly and hope I got one good one ;D. For 7 minutes I took photos of Connor running in this field...I love them, could not make up my mind on how to process them, so they all look a bit different, but it is the same 7 minute shoot.

What a fun place to take photos!!!

This was such a fun stop near Monterey. I think places like this should exist on all highways in the middle of no where. It would make road trips way more fun for kids and gives you a safe place to pull over and let them run ans stretch!

The kids and I took a trip to my parents and spend a little over a week is some HOT weather! It was Taylor's first trip there...and 1st 10 hour drive in the car. The kids were awesome, way better than I ever expected, thanks to my Mom helping with the drive we only made two fast stops. NO DVD player, just lots of candy and trucks to count! On the way back Connor never got out of his carseat, but once we were 5 miles from home he kept repeating, "I really want out of here." It was an awesome time with family, thanks mom and dad!

Taylor's Ear Piercing

Taylor about to get her ears pierced
Here goes the first one
Poor Baby Girl
And the second one
All done and Daddy is giving her loves!
Ever since we found out I was pregnant with a girl, Mike and I talked about piercing her ears as soon as the doc said it was okay. At Taylor's four month check-up we got her ears pierced by the doctor. It was the saddest cry, but after than an four shots, some mommies milk...life was wonderful! She looks so cute with her ears pierced...
Her she is sleeping with her little ears pierced :D
