Connor. 3 Month Photos

Wow God gave me hands!!!

I forgot that I did a photo session with Connor on Friday since he is now 3 months. It was fun, but boy is it hard to photograph a baby...Connor was moving like crazy, he is so fascinated with his hands he wanted to always look at them instead of the camera or the fun toys I was trying to hold at the same time as taking the picture. An assistant is definitely needed for taking pictures of lil ones, but I can't get Mike to help because he thinks it is torture to Connor :) .
Connor's 3 month milestones...shoving his fist in his mouth, holding objects (his teddy and a butterfly toy), sucking on Mom's shoulder, super ticklish, he is teething (you can see his first tooth in the gums), rolling over sometimes, chatter mouth, giving the up arms and if you don't pick him up he will cry, giggling and laughing, starting to love love love his Dada!! I am sure I am leaving something out...I am having a hard time that Connor is growing up so fast. I don't feel like it has been three months. Just going back to look at his photos I have forgotten already how small and cute he was when we brought him home from the hospital. I hope you enjoy these black and whites...We love you all and are so thankful for your support during these past 3 months as we have been going through the most incredible life change.

Raider Game

One of the craziest fans even held him!

The boys hanging out tailgating.

Connor smiling and giggling at dad!

Lucky boy...front row seats at his first game!

Connor was to busy looking at the Raiderettes to take a pic!

Of course he has to sleep a bit at all the coolest places we go

I should be letting Mike write this blog...as you know there would be a lot of enthusiasm included in each sentence. Connor turned 3 months on Friday...he is a big boy now and handled his own in the Raider crowd :) It was his 1st pro football game and of course dad is happy it was a Raider game. He was sporting all the attire - and we were not the only ones taking pics of him, everyone thought he was so cute as he was the youngest fan in the crowd I am sure. It was a fun day! Enjoy the pics...

Movies Under the Stars

Summer is coming to an end :( We have taken advantage of all the fun and free activities Santa Barbara offers, but we are sad these events will also come to an end. Last night we went to Movies Under the Stars to watch The Goonies (an all time favorite!) It was so much fun...here are a few pics! Love to all

A Surfing Weekend

Having east coasters, my parents and cousin Rollie in town we thought it was time to share our love of surfing with the family. We rented a few long boards to begin a weekend full of fun and laughter that ended with addiction, sore muscles and rashes!! Everyone had a great time and it was a success for all!

Randy & Eileen Came to Visit

What an awesome week, busy and fun! It was so wonderful to have my bro and sister here to visit and meet Connor for the first time. They were naturals with him!!! I had never seen my bro with a baby before and it was unreal to see how much he loved his nephew - the looks on his face as he held Connor were priceless. Having Eileen here was just an added bonus - the more I hang out with her the more I love her...She was so creative and always had a new trick up her sleeve to make Connor laugh! I wish they were here everyday! I cant wait to see them as parents one day and experience the feeling of being an auntie!

Cousin Tessa is almost ready to babysit :0)

Our first family camping trip was a success...only 1 outfit thrown away from a diaper blowout!
Last week we headed out to Bridgeport CA to take Connor camping for 5 days! After a long 9 hour drive we got to our campsite on Robinson Creek. It was my first time to experience where Mike grew up camping each summer as well as Connors first camping trip at 11 weeks old. It was a beautiful and wonderful week with the Perry and Barbee family! We got to hike, fish, eat super yummy food, enjoy smores and a campfire! I think Connors favorite was tent time... he would stare at the walls and just giggle! He also loved the flashlight in the tent while I made puppets! Dad caught a fish while holding Connor :0) a highlight of the trip for Mike!
I would love to keep writing about our trip, you all know camping/hiking/fishing is one of my fav things, but I am super tired and my bro and sis come tomorrow! Its a busy summer :)

Fiesta 2008

Its been a fun and long week - starting Wednesday night we began to celebrate Fiesta and now the festivities have come to an end and all we want is a nap, but Connor is not feelin it! It was great fun though...yummy tacos, lots of confetti, Aunt Bebe and Uncle Andy came to town and we went to our first rodeo in SB with Tammy and Geno!
