BIG Booboo...

Our little monster took a spill...

 Front tooth out of socket and fractured jaw bone

Two weeks ago Taylor was sitting at the kitchen table eating snack. She always sits on her knees, wanting to be a big girl in a big girl chair. She fell forward hitting the kitchen table and knocking her tooth out of socket. It was the grossest thing I have seen in some time! She screamed and screamed and screamed. We got her into the dentist right away. We had two options, to pull the tooth or to place it back in the socket hoping the nerves would find each other again. I liked the idea of not being toothless for 5 years! The dentist sedated her and put her tooth back in place. She may have crooked teeth, but at least none are missing :D!  For the last two weeks, so has been very careful with what she wants to eat, telling us her, "teet hurt." 

Just a few days ago it started turning grey, but we had an x-ray yesterday and the roots are all healthy still, so good news. We will see the dentist in three months and see how it is doing.
